Who We Are
Dianne N Squires Consulting (DNSC) is a strategic communications development practice rooted in the Caribbean with a global outlook. Our core collective of professionals brings over 15 years of experience, blending strategy and creativity. We position brands, whether development organisations, government or quasi-government agencies, NGOs, private sector organisations or individual leaders by developing their unique voice, shaping their strategic visible authority and demonstrating their positive impact.
Our Founder
I'm Dianne Squires, a strategic communications development leader. I'm also a listener, a learner, a doer and a Caribbean woman driven to tell Caribbean stories of ingenuity, achievement, and leadership, particularly in advancing sustainable development.

With 15 years’ experience spanning roles as agency VP, head of marketing, and brand communications manager, I blend strategic expertise with my background as a dancer, choreographer, and cultural practitioner, keeping the heart of Caribbean culture at the centre of my work.

Through DNSC, my clients have included the Inter-American Development Bank, the Caribbean Climate-Smart Accelerator, the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority, Barbados Port Inc., and Unicomer Barbados Ltd.
I'm also the host of the Island Woman Podcast, where I blend my love of culture, storytelling, and conversation. Through the podcast, my perspectives on women rethinking success in the Caribbean have been recognised by INSPO, a social network for thought leadership. ​
