I’m Dianne Squires, founder of Dianne N Squires Consulting (DNSC), helping organisations define their brands and build trust with the people they aim to attract and serve. I'm a listener, a learner, a thinker, a doer and a Caribbean woman. I’d also describe myself as a calm, confident mix of creative and analytical energy. I channel this energy in service to my clients as a Culture and Communications Strategist, Event Host and Moderator.
My Story
I'm driven to tell Caribbean stories of ingenuity, achievement, and leadership, particularly in advancing sustainable development.

With 15 years’ experience as a marketing communications agency VP, head of marketing, and brand communications manager, I blend strategic expertise with my background as a dancer, choreographer, and cultural practitioner, keeping the heart of Caribbean culture at the centre of my work.

Through DNSC, my clients have included the Inter-American Development Bank, the Caribbean Climate-Smart Accelerator, the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority, Barbados Port Inc., and Unicomer Barbados Ltd.
I'm also the host of the Island Woman Podcast, where I blend my love of culture, storytelling, and conversation. Through the podcast, my perspectives on women rethinking success in the Caribbean have been recognised by INSPO, a social network for thought leadership. ​
