I don’t know how you’re coping with the COVID-19 environment, but I’ve had to put some things in place to make sure I don’t go crazy.

Ironically, it revolves around the thing I used to hate the most - ROUTINE. Now I’m the routine queen.

Wake between 5:30 am and 6:00 am, give thanks, get outside early, water my few plants, do morning exercises, check a bit of news, start work, take regular walk breaks, check in with family, back to work, afternoon break, prep for dinner, wind down work, cook, check news briefly or watch entertaining videos, eat, get outside, back to work (if I have to), bath, bed.

Oh.. almost forgot… I love a Cherry brandy nightcap too (wink). With few exceptions, it’s pretty much like clockwork and it’s keeping me sane. How are you coping?
